XOXO GUEST POLICY Due to safety and insurance purposes, I do not allow my clients to bring any children along with them to their appointment. Many services I offer require you to have your eyes closed for long periods of time. Due to this, I cannot efficiently watch children and give you the best service possible, which is my end goal. When booking an appointment, a deposit of 20% of the service cost is required. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time, or in the case of a no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that I can continue offering the best availability to all of my clients.
